Brunch Vibes

Before we jump into this post. Can we talk about how clever the title is for a second 😂😂. I know it seems so basic in a sense, but you guys won’t understand how hard it actually is for me to come up with blog titles. I can write a post I consider good and be completely blank on the title. So I'm proud of this one because I was trying to figure out a way to tye in a good brunch spot, combined with a couple fashion looks from a recent shoot. After I started typing, it automatically popped into my head “Brunch Vibes” and that’s how this one came about haha. 

Lets Get Healthy

Welcome back, guys. I’m soo excited about this post and I think you guys will be too!! Let me start by saying during quarantine I know I haven’t been the only one who’s gotten a little bit thicker. Lol, not saying it’s a bad thing because for me personally, my goal was to gain a little weight and subsequently work out to put it in all of the right places. Wether that's your goal as well or if you just want to lose a little. Keep reading. I have a little something to help you guys out.

Never Before Seen

heyyyyyyy. I know, I know. its been awhile. life got pretty busy again, but I had a little time to finally get some blogging done 😊. Lately, things for the outside world have seemed to calmed down so much. as for me, things stayed the same or even got a tad bit more hectic. but I made some time for this post. I'm particularly excited about this one because for a while now I've been trying to find a way to get "caught up" on a lot of my photoshoot blogs. all dating back to last year. I wanted to do it in a way that wasn't going to come off as being too excessive. so, this post is going to include a few shoots in 1 😱.

Usually, when the nice weather comes back, it gets darker later, and you just get an urge to go out and do fun things. That's when I call it my Modeling season. Because when the weather is amazing, I always feel like dressing up and doing my makeup and just being dolled up more. Due to some social distancing and reschedulings of photoshoots this year. It made me want to post a Never Before Seen post to showcase some of 2019's work.

Now, to dive into this post. It's another restaurant review which seems to be a few of your favorites. This review is about an astounding restaurant called Santorini Taverna. One day last year actually me and a friend decided to go check it out and I'm so happy we did. If you like Greek or Meditarian food this place is surely worth trying.

2020 "Goals"

Hey guys, can you really believe we’re in a new decade? Honestly, I’m shocked but so excited at the same time. My year started off shaky, but I'm really convinced that these next 10 will be nothing but awesome!! We're some days into 2020. So now that it's really official, I thought it'll be the perfect time to share a new post. New year, same me, but with some changes. 

Ma Visiting For A Month

Hey loves, so clearly been MIA again and honestly I don't even have an excuse this time nor will I try and say I promise to keep up with the once a week posting. Life happens, I get busy and tend to push my hobbies to the back to focus on other things. That and I'm also the kind of person that needs breaks and then reaper even better than I was before lol. Lagos Jewelry VIP Viewing

hey loves. So sorry this post came in so late this week. But honestly me even sticking to posting 3 weeks in a row is sticking to one of my goals 🙈😅😂. So I’ll dive right into the post. The amazing Lagos Jewelry Launch event.

When I first received an invitation to this event about Lagos Jewelry 2019 Spring Launch and that they were opening up in Bloomingdale's in Lenox Square (go check them out by the way :D). I’ll be honest, I remember seeing the word Lagos and not remembering we’re exactly I found out about this Jewelry brand. But after this event and post. I’m sure I’ll never forget them or their name, and hopefully you guys won’t either! What attracted me to this brand I remember was their name. As some of you may know, I’m Nigerian and the name Lagos is one of our biggest and most developed cities in Nigeria. It’s the city we stayed in before coming to America. So the name got me interested. But the line kept me entertained. So when they emailed me about an invite to their Atlanta Launch. I was super excited. Not only to get to see their new fall collection, but to also be able to try on some things, mingle and get to see and know more about their brand.

once again, it's been wayy too long. lol
i have no main excuse this time. life got busy, blogging hasn't been much of a priority and to be completely honest, i've just been pretty much SLACKING on my hobbies in general. but after this post i have a plan in place to post once a week just for you guys 😉

lets go ahead and jump into this post. this is a photoshoot post, and not only has it been awhile with blogging, but its been awhile since i've done a photoshoot also. like you all know it's one of my favorite hobbes and i took a break from it to focus on other stuff for awhile. but i wanted to shoot to just work on my facials and some different random looks for some up and coming projects i need to KILL this summer. and of course Larry was the first i wanted to shoot with and he as always did an amazing job with the captures. i also had my sister come to the shoot with me and style me so this just turned out to be an all around different, awesome, fun shoot. anyway, enough blabbering. check out the shoot with Larry below and don't forget to leave me a comment & subscribe 💋

Movie Night Makeup Look

today i decided to do my makeup for no reason lol. after me and my sissy decided to go see Blade Runner. tbh the movie was good, but confusing. i think i need to see it again to fully understand. but anyway checkout the random pixies below. (tried some glitter and white liner)

Last Min Shoot Makeup

got to do a last minute eye wear shoot with Model Wear mag. (checkout below to see my muse for this makeup recreation) tried to do the orange/purple smokey eye. and i LOVE how it turned out.

so Nena invited us to AR Lounge for her bday dinner. saw so many faces i haven't in awhile. i ordered the okra soup. i didn't like it at all. but the egg roll and samosa's were super good. checkout some pictures from the event :)
